The band was double booked for this Saturday so we went straight to Barhill from Doddington, via the A14 roadworks.

Despite the efforts of the A14 traffic jam, we only lost acouple of players on the way from Doddington, the Band arrived just in time for a warm up and straight on the the carnival. The band formed up in good numbers and were cheered on an enthusiatic crowd.  We all then managed to take some well deserved restbite in a very well placed Beer Festival; the sign seemed to draw us in as we were marching!  All well deserved, after two bookings in one day.
