2017 - Everything Else!
As per past years, we had a few gigs that we didn't get many pictures of... plus a few more wee bits that were big news in the band this year!

This job we have ended the year with each year since the band formed, unfortunately even global warming doesnt stop this on feeling colder each year!! Brightening things up though were our hugely exciting drum lights which made their first appearance!

Cambridgeshire Police
​
We played as a mini band on 4 separate occasions for the Cambridgeshire Constabulary as they held passing out parades for their new officers. This was where Robert made his debut on tenor too :o)
New Drums!
This was the year we finally got a new swanky set of drums, snazzy red fade Pearls with an equzlly pair of snazzy new bass drum heads. 13 dums in all, Iain had the fun of unpacking!

And then there was the gread missing bass drum mystery, lost in the parcel force depot in Leicester in April, arrived un damaged here in September...
RAF Wyton
​
We owe a big debt of gratitude to the RAF Wyton base who once again allowed us to use their facilities for practise. We also attended their families day, which was where we had an unusually slithery encounter...
Band Branding..
We had a bit of a logo revamp this year, mostly targeted towards the new bass drum heads, but we also introduced band logo-embroidered clothing for the first time.
