Every year we have a number of performances where we might not have anyone taking pictures, or where we send out just a mini band, or where we find some other excuse but only have a couple of pics to prove we were indeed there!! Anyway, here are some of our selections from 2016 which didnt quite warrant a page to their own!

CAMBRIDGE 24 JULY
A mini-band played around the town centre for an afternoon to an huge number of shoppers and enthusiastic tourists!

This saw the band's newest young recruit - Tom - make his debut on the bass drum, and a great job he did too!
Our other Tom (and current bass drummer!) even played pipes with us for the very first time, hopefully the first of many!
Cambridgshire Police Passing Out Parades - various dates
in 2016 we were again very pleased to be involved with the Cambridgeshire Constabulary's Passing Out Parades, we played this year at 4 seperate occasions, including a very chilly 23rd December!
Birmingham International Tattoo - November
Cambridgshire Caledonian Were represented for the first time as part of the massed pipes and drums at this fantastic event at the National Indoor Arena.
Dobbies Peterborough - November
One of the band's repeat jobs, this was the 5th year we performed at Dobbies for the arrival of the one and only Santa Claus.
Despite the cold we had 10 pipers brave the conditions, while on drums Iain was on holiday, leaving Ewan as lead tip for the day - and a cracking job he did too!
